How ING statements are handled

ING statements mark direction with Af (debit) and Bij (credit) instead of signed amounts, use DD-MM-YYYY dates, and pack the counterparty IBAN into the description line. We convert Af/Bij into signed amounts and lift the IBAN into its own column.
