The service
Statement Mill converts bank statement files you upload into structured data formats (Excel, CSV, JSON). You must have the right to process any file you upload.
Verify before you rely
We run a reconciliation check on every conversion and display its result honestly. However, automated extraction can contain errors, particularly on low-quality scans. You are responsible for verifying converted data before using it for accounting, tax, lending, legal, or any other consequential purpose. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for unlawful purposes, don't upload documents you have no right to process, don't attempt to disrupt or overload the service, and don't resell access without our agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
