Upload a Wise statement — digital PDF, scan, or photo — and download clean, balance-verified rows in about twenty seconds. Free for your first pages.
Wise statements hold several currency balances in one PDF, and conversions appear as paired rows with the exchange rate in the description. We keep the pairs linked, tag every row with its currency, and reconcile each balance separately so nothing double-counts.
Statement Mill doesn't use per-bank templates, so a Wise statement is read the same way as one we've never seen — dates, descriptions and amounts land in the right columns because the layout is understood, not matched against a stored pattern. Every export is then reconciled against the statement's own opening and closing balances before you download it.
One row per transaction, the same columns every time, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or your accounting software:
| Date | Description | Amount (multi-currency) | Balance (multi-currency) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 02 Jun 2026 | Received EUR from Acme s.r.o. | +1,200.00 EUR | … |
| 05 Jun 2026 | Converted EUR → USD @ 1.0842 | −500.00 EUR | … |
| 09 Jun 2026 | Card payment — Amazon.de | −23.90 EUR | … |
1. Log in to Wise internet banking and download your statement as PDF. 2. Drag the file into Statement Mill — scans and photos work too. 3. Download the verified Excel or CSV file. That's the whole process.
