A real person reads every email

Statement Mill is small on purpose. When you write in, you reach the person who built the parser — not a ticket queue, not a bot, not a support tier you have to escalate through. That's the whole point.

What we can actually help with

Concrete things, answered by someone who can change the product the same day if it's warranted:

• A statement that didn't convert cleanly. Send us the file — even a screenshot of the problem — and we'll tell you what happened. If it's a layout we should handle and don't, we'll usually fix it within days, and we'll email you when it's live.
• A bank we don't list yet. There are no per-bank templates, so most banks already work. If yours doesn't, one example statement is all we need to look into it.
• Billing. Invoices, plan changes, cancellations. Cancelling is one click in your account, but if anything looks wrong, tell us and we'll sort it. Payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record, so your card details never touch our systems.
• GDPR and data questions. Where your data goes, who processes it, and our Data Processing Agreement — which is free on every plan, including the free one. If you're an accountant handling clients' statements, this is the paperwork your own compliance file needs.
• The API. Using Statement Mill programmatically, rate limits, output format. Start at the developer page, then email us anything it doesn't answer.

What to expect

Plain answers, no scripts. If we can't do something, we'll say so rather than route you in circles — the same way the converter tells you when the numbers don't reconcile instead of quietly hiding it. If your question needs a change to the product, you'll hear back about the change, not just an acknowledgement.
