Try before you buy
Every plan starts with a free tier that lets you convert statements and verify the accuracy of the results on your own documents before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use it — it is the best way to confirm the service fits your needs.
14-day refund on first payment
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on that subscription. This aligns with the withdrawal rights provided to consumers in the EU and UK.
Monthly renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops all future charges. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, except where required by law or in cases of a clear service fault on our side — contact us and we will make it right.
Service faults
If the service fails to work as described due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it, you are entitled to a refund for the affected period. Reach out and we will resolve it fairly.
How to request a refund
Email hello@statementmill.com from the address associated with your account, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle.
